Two weeks ago, the Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime charged the member of the Independent Qualification Commission with the charges of “false statement” and “forgery” in the form of use.
The false statement was made by the couple to their selection committees for a position on the Independent Qualification Commission. The couple is the third member to be investigated by SPAK.
