A rocket attack hit the building of the regional police department in Kharkiv.
In the picture it looks like the building that was in the center of the city caught fire and was completely destroyed.
Anton Geraschenko, an adviser to Ukraine’s Interior Minister, says a building belonging to Karazin National University across the street is also on fire after the attack.
Kharkiv was one of the cities most attacked by rockets last night.
At least 21 people were killed and 112 injured in bombings in Ukraine’s second most populous city, the mayor said.
