A two-rocket strike in the early hours of the morning caused damage to a palace in Kiev.
Ukraine’s Interior Ministry has released footage of emergency workers making it possible to evacuate residents.
The picture shows how some apartments have been completely destroyed as the walls and windows are missing, creating a pit in the building.
The sidewalk below the building is littered with rubbish. Some windows on some of the lower floors look broken.
