The head of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, called on Enkelejd Alibeaj to be part of the negotiations for the election of the president, as time is running out.
With positive marks, Balla said that during the meeting with the other two parliamentary groups they agree that now is the time to speak with concrete names.
“Meetings with two of the opposition groups, SP has proved the availability to go through concrete discussions, for concrete names, with both groups and in their willingness to put concrete names on the negotiating table, Mediu has also informed us for an approach to come with a name or some concrete names on the part of the opposition, I want to tell you that I hope that on the part of the DP there is a decision to come too, it is our availability not to give a president of PS, but of all Albanians, but this has some deadlines, so far we had the opportunity to postpone the deadlines, but now we no longer have the opportunity. I do not want to go into too much detail because these are some very fruitful conversations, with two of the three groups we have managed to put on track a process that will lead us to a more consensual president.
