The swearing-in ceremony of the new member of the Constitutional Court, Sander Beci, took place today at the Institution of the Head of State, in front of President Ilir Meta.
After the execution of the national anthem and the reading of the decision no. 2, dated 15.03.2022, of the High Court, Mr. Sander Beci was sworn in before President Meta, with his hand on the Constitution of Albania and vowing that: “I swear that during the execution of I will always remain faithful to my duties to the Constitution of the Republic of Albania ”.
The Head of State wished success and good work to Judge Beci in his very important task and with high responsibility of the member of the Constitutional Court.
The solemn swearing-in ceremony was attended by representatives of the Albanian Parliament, the Constitutional Court, the People’s Advocate, the Supreme Court, the President’s Cabinet, and the OPDAT expertise mission in our country, which covers justice issues.
