The Assembly has started the secret ballot for the dismissal of Basha and on December 18 a referendum will be held to confirm the decision of the Assembly for the dismissal of Lulzim Basha as chairman of the Democratic Party.
Delegates will also vote on the dismissal of the four vice-presidents.

On March 22, the National Assembly of the Democratic Party will convene again to elect the new structures of the Democratic Party. Until election day, the party is led by an ad hoc commission of 29 members.
