Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the Vlora Police Station, following the investigative actions related to the incident that happened yesterday afternoon, on the beach of Jonufra, arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offense “Deliberate serious injury”, the citizen AK, 40 years old, living in Tirana.
The AK citizen did not respect the restriction with marine buoys and entered the area where the movement of watercraft is not allowed, where as a result he injured a 7-year-old who was swimming, who is currently out of danger for life.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of Vlora, for further actions.
