Ukraine’s foreign minister has called on the European Union to send additional weapons to his country and impose additional sanctions on Russia.
“Today, I addressed EU ministers at the Foreign Affairs Council“, wrote Dmytro Kuleba on Twitter on Monday.
“My main message: arms for Ukraine, sanctions against Russia and accountability for Russia are the three ways to restore peace, increase security and protect stability in Europe. Grateful for an additional €500 million under the EPF and we request additional bilateral military assistance“, Kuleba added.
Kuleba demanded an embargo on Russian energy, intervention in the price of oil and the banning of all Russian channels.
“I encourage EU countries to support the Special Court for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine“, concluded Kuleba.
