Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 4 were prosecuted at large, for the criminal offense “Violation of the rules of protection at work”, citizens:
– EB, 45 years old, resident in Tirana, with elevator technical duty;
– AS, 52 years old, resident in Tirana, acting administrator of the elevator company.
The criminal proceedings against these citizens started after on 15.05.2022, around 23:30, in the hospital “Mother Teresa”, on the -1 floor, the barrel driver, citizen KD, transporting with a stretcher the citizen VC, patient in hospital, due to a defect are trapped inside the elevator and consequently damaged.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for further procedural actions.
