considering it as a conditional subject that can be addressed to the constitutional court only for personal interests, the court considers that the lawsuit of lawyer Fran Dashi should not be passed to the plenary session. in other words, the insistence of lawyer Dashi, who insists that Adriatik Lalla should be investigated for money laundering, was not taken into account, leaving in force the decision of the Special Court, which in February 2022 upheld the indictment against the former chief prosecutor for this charge, but convicted him of another offense. This decision of the constitution actually tells the lawyer that he can try and strike the decisions of the courts up to the high court, but not beyond it
However, the SPAK is considering other cases of judges and prosecutors denounced by the lawyer, as well as the special court on its part.
