Accidents on the Levan-Vlora highway have no end. Dozens of drivers, passengers and pedestrians have lost their lives on this road axis.
The last one was an accident that happened last night. The high speed caused the vehicle driven by 53-year-old Dritan Shena from Shkodra, who lost his life on the spot, to deviate from the road.
What stands out in this axis with considerable traffic flow, is the movement of vehicles at speed, even though the allowed rate is 110 kilometers / hour.
In an observation made, in a few minutes, you see cars “flying” on the road, without thinking about signposts.
Another worrying fact is the presence on the road of accident debris, which becomes a source of other accidents. Aluminum parts and broken stops have filled this entire road, the only highway leading to the south of the country.
