Donating a kidney to a person in need is not something that is easily done.
But when young American Colleen had the chance to change her boyfriend’s life six years ago, she did not think twice about having surgery for him.
In a series of videos that have gone viral on the new TikTok network he explained how he performed the procedure to save his life.
When they first started dating, Colleen says the boyfriend had a chronic kidney disease since he was 17 years old.
This means he had to do dialysis as his kidneys were only functioning at five percent of capacity.
“I decided to get tested to see if I matched because I did not want him to die,” says the young woman.
And fortunately for the couple the surgeries passed successfully and both were fully recovered.
And of course everyone assumes that the husband would be forever grateful to his girlfriend for the sacrifice he made, but in fact he was not ashamed and left her only seven months later.
In her videos Colleen explains how her ex-boyfriend told her he was going to Las Vegas for a bachelor party with his church friends.
At the time, the TikTok commentator was in the middle of graduation exams and was confident that her boyfriend would not do anything strange.
But later he turned to her and admitted that he had betrayed her.
After some arguments and debates she had forgiven him and given him a second chance.
However he left Colleen three months later via a phone call.
The girl claims that among other things he had told her: “If we are really made for each other then God will make us together again”.
But unfortunately from here the separation became more and more savage.
Her videos have left all viewers angry.
One of them said, “You have the biggest heart and he could not see it, he is the one who lost.”
Another added: “I do not know if he understands what it means to donate a kidney, you have sacrificed your life for someone else.”
Another went ironically for the kidney: “Do not worry, because in fact a part of you will stay with him forever.”The Sun./
