Kosovo is wasting time with its rejection of the “Open Balkans” initiative, says the Deputy Speaker of the Kosovo Assembly, Enver Hoxhaj.
Prime Minister Albin Kurti and other politicians in Kosovo continue to oppose “Open Balkan”, part of which is Serbia, which has not yet recognized Kosovo’s independence.
