Vlora Police has cracked down on two other cases of illegal gambling, while in the framework of this operation, one person was handcuffed and 2 others were prosecuted.
The citizen OH, 30 years old, was arrested in flagrante delicto and the citizen Xh. Ll., 38 years old, (owner of the restaurant).
In the premises of the bar of the citizen Xh. Ll, were found and seized 7 computer units, 2 USB, 1 printer and 1 mobile device, which were used for gambling.
The citizen JD, 55 years old, was also prosecuted, after he was found playing gambling, on one of the computers.
Also, following the controls, the citizen G. Ç., 32 years old, resident in the neighborhood “Hajro Çakërri” Vlora, was prosecuted, because during the control exercised in the premises of a bar, in the neighborhood “Partizani” Vlora, a mobile phone device, which he used for illegal gambling (sports betting).
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Vlora, for further actions.
