Dashamir Çela in 2010 left the Netherlands to deal with cows. In this stable after many challenges Dashamiri managed to have 40 head of cattle.
His wish is to have a modern stable that guarantees food safety. Although it was announced the winner of the IPARD program, it was the Municipality of Dimali that cut the farmer’s dream.
“I applied to IPArD and took this project to the Dimal Municipality, they approved me, so I continued with the documentation at the end, I see that it was the municipality that denied me the right to build a stable in the village of Samaticë”, said Dashamir Çela.
Dashamiri says that he will be the first farmer to go to SPAK to denounce the municipality of Dimali. This file has cost the farmer not less than 10 million old lek. According to him, through the fault of the municipality, he now has to work to clear the debts that prepared the IPARD file.
“I was denied a construction permit on the grounds that I did not respect the distance, while this is not true. IPARDI has financed other farmers and the municipality has given them a construction permit while I have not. For this reason I will go to SPAK with the file that cost me 10 thousand euros, plus that I lost the IPARDI fund. I was looking to build a modern stable that meets EU conditions “, said Dashamir Çela.
The number of livestock in the country is always declining. Some farmers give up the living thing because of the difficulty, while Dashamiri says that if he does not find his right why the construction permit of the stables was refused he will leave this country very few young people want to deal with agriculture and livestock.
