In the framework of this operation, the citizen EY, 37 years old, resident in Tirana, was detained for the criminal offense “Theft”.
As a result of the investigation and evidence gathered, it has resulted that this citizen, in recent weeks, mainly at night, has committed a series of thefts in the area of the New Ring.
From February of this year until yesterday evening, who was caught red-handed by the services of the Crime Investigation Section of the Police Commissariat no. 6, the citizen EY stole items and money, in 6 vehicles that were in different garages, in the New Ring.
In cooperation with the Prosecution, work continues to document other thefts that may have been committed by this citizen, identifying and apprehending his accomplices.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Tirana Judicial District Court, for further procedural actions.
