For some time now, the National Circus in the city of Tirana has been missing tents or otherwise called arenas where acrobats performed shows for children and adults.

Mr. Selishta has been abroad for some time, which is confirmed by the Tirana Police Directorate for his frequent trips abroad with a duration of one or more months. As for Mrs. Demollari, she is double-employed and finds her in the circus only after 17:30, while it should have been in the morning according to the official schedule. Meanwhile, a request was made by the Deputy Artistic Director of the National Circus, James Kodra, for the dismissal of the acrobat Ibrahim Selishta on February 22, 2022, due to three unreasonable absences, according to him. The circus worker does not hesitate at all and explains the conditions of how they can organize the party. The organization can be done with young acrobats and artists who have the title, but if you choose to have the party with professional artists, the cost is higher because they have the title, while young artists do not cost much. The circus worker says that the party may include a trained dog who is kept for the show, but the cost will be extra. Fiks journalists, after confirming that the employees do not respect the official working hours in the circus and organize private shows in the official hours, became interested in this institution. Deputy artistic director, James Kodra said for Fiks that the official schedule of circus employees is 09:00 to 13:00. But he was justified that the employees have currently narrowed this schedule by two hours, as a result of the lack of conditions in the circus. “At the moment there is no arena, we do not have toilets and there is no water, we are also in the absence of changing rooms,” said the deputy director.
Currently the circus artists have the schedule 10:00 to 12:00, but according to Mr. The hill is not fixed because the artists do not have a stable schedule. “The circus is open from 9:00 until 21:00. Artists come and work when they have to work. The deputy director avoided the journalist’s question whether circus artists are allowed to work elsewhere during official working hours, saying that he is not authorized to answer. He gave the same answer regarding the organization of private performances by circus employees within the official working hours. “As for the private performances that artistic troupes can organize I have no idea who organizes them and I am not authorized to give answers. If I too was given the opportunity to earn some more money in another setting, I would not hesitate outside of the National Circus obligations.
