The legal advisor of the president, Bledar Dervishaj has received the file with 140 pages of defense, together with the evidence to present it before the trial panel.
On Tuesday, the part of the requests of the Presidency and the representatives of the Assembly was treated, while the Constitutional Court rejected the requests of Meta for resignation or dismissal of judges or even for the re-vote of the dismissal by the new Parliament.
