During the hearing, the lawyers requested a change in the security measure. The judge’s lawyer argued that the measure against her should be more lenient, because she is a mother of two children and needs her care. Even the lawyer of doctor Prifti, denying the accusations, has requested a change of the security measure.
On the other hand, the Special Prosecution has upheld the same request as in the First Instance, that of continuing the detention measures in prison.
