Last week, the Constitutional Court began the process of adjudicating the parliament’s decision to dismiss President Iliri Meta with a public hearing and the presence of both parties: Parliament and the Presidency.

On February 3, the presidency presented a 140-page document questioning the legitimacy of the Assembly, which voted in favor of ousting the president, while the socialist majority was accused of political revenge.
