The court of Tirana has set the date for the review of the request of the Democratic Party for the change of the status of the party in the Assembly of PD of July 17, 2021.
The first hearing that will consider this case by Judge Blerina Muça is expected to take place on February 15. As for the request of the Democratic Party Re-establishment Commission, which in December submitted a request to the court for the statutory changes made in the Assembly on December 11 held at the stadium “Air Albania”, the court has not yet set any date.
It is expected that in the coming days the court will take a decision and set a date for the statutory changes of the re-establishment commission.
