Positioning has been determined on the ballot for the March 6 by-elections, where for each of the six municipalities where it competes, there will be a different positioning on the ballot.
In Shkodra, it will be the Socialist Party, the first ranked, with its candidate. In the second position will be the name of Bardh Spahia, who competes under the logo of the coalition “House of Freedom”, led by former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.
The Democratic Party, headed by Lulzim Basha, will be ranked third.
In Lushnja, again the Socialists will have the first position in the list. But in number two, will be the Democratic Party. The House of Freedom in this case takes third place on the list.
Rrogozhina will see the DP first. The SP will be second and the House of Freedom third.
In Vora, the top of the list is taken by Berisha’s coalition. The Socialists take the second name and the Democrats the third.
Durrës will see the same scenario with Vora. While, Dibra, leaves the House of Freedom in the first place and then ranks the PD and SP.

The CEC also reviewed the request of the electoral subject “Lëvizja e Re” for the registration of the candidate for mayor in the municipality of Durrës, Mr. Jonid Robert Nano for the by-elections for mayor of March 6, 2022.
At the end of the review, the Commissioner found that the documentation submitted by the electoral subject “Lëvizja e Re”, for the registration of the candidate for mayor, in the municipality of Durrës, Mr. Jonid Rober Nano, is not in accordance with the provisions of article 68, point 3, of the Electoral Code and decided not to register Mr. Nano as a candidate.
