Three detainees who were caught cultivating narcotics in Koplik have been left in jail.
The court of Shkodra has given the security measure “Arrest with Prison” Ramiz Nikdukaj 64 years old, Bashkim Kovaci 64 years old and Altion Luli 43 years old the latter two from Cerrik, after they were caught during the operation “Eye of the Shegan” in a house Bari in Koplik.
In the apartment of the citizen Nikdukaj was found an environment adapted for cultivation of narcotics, where 22 kg of cannabis and 455 plants cultivated in a lamp environment were seized, as well as 245 plants planted in the yard. He is accused of cultivating narcotic plants committed in collaboration and stealing energy, while two citizens from Cërriku were caught working in the environment where the plants were grown.
After reviewing the evidence, the presiding judge Andri Ymeri accepted the request of prosecutor Vat Staka, leaving these citizens in prison.
