A 57-year-old man has fallen into the hands of the Dibra police after being caught with an illegal firearm in the apartment.
Following the work to prevent, identify and crack down on criminal activity in the field of illegal possession of weapons, based on information received on the operational road, that a citizen possessed firearms in the apartment, the services of the Police Commissar Dibër, organized the work and exercised control in the apartment of the citizen LK, resident in the village of Muhurr, Dibër.
During the search of this citizen’s apartment, the Police services found and seized as material evidence, a rifle firearm and 79 pieces of combat bullets, which he possessed without permission.
At the end of the actions, the citizen LK, 57 years old, was arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offense “Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition”.
The materials were forwarded to the Dibër Prosecutor’s Office, for further procedural actions.
