A 34-year-old man under house arrest has fallen into the hands of the capital’s police, after circulating with firearms.
During the police operation codenamed “Replace”, a pistol firearm, a comb and ammunition were seized. The operation, conducted by the Police Commissariat no. 1, in cooperation with the Narcotics Investigation Section in DVP Tirana.
IK, 34 years old, resident in Tirana, is charged with the criminal offenses “Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosives and ammunition” and “Removal of a prisoner from his place of residence”.
He was under “house arrest” for the criminal offenses of “Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosives and ammunition” and “Unauthorized production, possession, purchase or sale of cold steel.”
According to the police, the materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for further procedural actions.
