After the verifications, it turned out that the citizen MM was driving the vehicle without a driving license. After performing the drug test with AquilaScan, the 27-year-old resulted under the effect of narcotics.
Following the actions, the citizen MM was arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offense “Irregular driving”.
The Traffic Police invites the citizens to report to the Digital Commissariat and to the number 112, any case of violation of the traffic rules, in order to increase the parameters of road safety.
