Ukraine will demand a ceasefire and withdrawal of Russian troops at the meeting with the Russian delegation in Belarus.
“The Ukrainian delegation arrived at the Ukraine-Belarus border to take part in talks with representatives of the Russian Federation,” the Ukrainian presidency said in a statement.
“The main issue in the talks is an immediate ceasefire and the withdrawal of troops from Ukraine,” the statement said.
