According to city authorities, Russian forces bombed a maternity hospital and children’s hospital in Mariupol, injuring at least 17 people.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the bombing was “evidence of a genocide” and renewed calls for a no-fly zone over NATO.
