There is absolutely no risk of a tsunami. In the case of the Adriatic Sea which can be considered closed, these tides are up to a few centimeters, say 30-40 centimeters and no more. In some areas e.g. in Canada these tides range from 13-18 meters, so the tides there are extremely high.
The sea in Shengjin and Vlora has pulled a maximum of 15 centimeters. The sea will go to the previous level after 24 hours and 50 minutes. So there is no reason for alarm or panic in people.
