Problems were also registered in the areas of Librazhd, Prenjas and Gramsh as the ice on the road made it difficult to drive. Temperatures minus 13 degrees were recorded in these areas on Saturday. The Librazhd-Peshkopi road is crossed only with chains.
In the area of Vermosh, the temperature was minus 17 degrees, the roads are open but it is recommended that in the areas of Malësia e Madhe, Fushë-Arrëz and Puka, drivers have chains and winter tires.
Due to the cold, schools will not be open on Mondays until Wednesdays, which indicates the inability to heat classrooms for children, especially in cities.
