Specialists of the Crime Investigation Section at the Police Commissariat no. 4, following the work to identify and crack down on illegal activity in the field of gambling, organized and finalized the police operation codenamed “Skedina”, within which they made the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizen:
– JR, 26 years old, resident of “Siri Kodra” street.
This citizen had adapted the restaurant he owned in the street “Xhanfize Keko”, for the exercise of illegal activity of gambling, through sports lotteries.
As material evidence, a computer suspected of being used for gambling activity was seized.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, for further actions, for the criminal offense “Organizing illegal lotteries” and “Making available premises for illegal games”.
