Many websites have stopped working properly due to a major internet outage worldwide, the problem was also felt in Albania, where many of the online websites had a work outage for almost 50 minutes.
The problems appeared to be the result of a stalemate in Cloudflare, an internet infrastructure provider that empowers most of the web.
Many sites rely on the company’s tools to actually serve their information and media to users, which means that problems in Cloudflare quickly hit other sites that appear to be unrelated.
People visiting those sites saw error 500 messages instead of the usual pages.
Shortly after the problem was reported, Cloudflare said it had found the source of the problem and was implementing an adjustment while “monitoring” any further issues.
