Two powerful explosive explosions were heard after midnight in a time frame of 10 minutes in the city of Shkodra.
The first explosion was heard around 02:20, while 10 minutes later the next explosion was heard. According to the information, the explosive was placed on two businesses, one in the area near the prefecture and the other in the place called “Rruga e Gjerë”.
More specifically, it is about a shopping center owned by the former PD deputy, Xhemal Bushati, while the other is near a supermarket located only 10 meters away from the fuel.
