7 security measures are executed and 3 citizens who were not found during the operation are declared wanted.
The operation carried out by the Section for Investigation of Economic-Financial Crimes, in cooperation with the Operational Force in DVP Vlora and the Himara Police Commissariat.
The structures of the Local Police Directorate of Vlora, under the direction of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Vlora Judicial District, as a result of several months of investigation, to prevent and crack down on criminal activity of document forgery, as a result of evidence gathered during the investigation, organized and finalized the operation. coded police “Himara”, in which security measures were executed for the criminal offenses “Forgery of documents” and “Forgery of stamps, seals and forms”, committed in collaboration more than once, as follows:
• The security measures “Prison arrest” were executed for the citizens:
VS, 67 years old, resident in Vlora;
EM, 51 years old, resident in Himara;
PP, 42 years old, resident in Himara;
ZB, 58 years old, resident in Himara;
AB, 64 years old, resident in Vlora;
EM, 41 years old, resident in Himara, who is currently in the Vlora Penitentiary Institution, previously arrested, for another criminal offense.
• The security measure “Obligation to report to the judicial police” and “Prohibition to go abroad” was executed, for the citizen I. Gj., 68 years old, resident in Himara.
The search was also announced and work is underway to apprehend the citizens:
MS, 68 years old, resident in Himara;
AK, 64 years old, resident in Himara;
K. DH., 68 years old, resident in Himara.
Investigations have shown that these citizens in different periods of time, cooperating with each other, are suspected that through falsification of documents, stamps, stamps and forms, have alienated and gained significant land, in
the coast of Himara and Dhërmi, which they then transferred to their ownership, or sold to other persons, gaining considerable sums of money.
Work continues to fully document the event, apprehend and bring to justice the other persons suspected of being implicated in this criminal activity.
