The Basic Prosecution of Ferizaj has issued a complete indictment describing the torture that the young woman had experienced before she was killed.

According to the indictment, Marigona Osmani was sexually abused to the point of fainting. “The defendant Dardan Krivaça, on August 21, 2021, around 10:14, in his apartment in Ferizaj, without her consent, forces the late Marigona Osmani to have sexual intercourse, which is followed by torture, in such a way that initially against her will he has sex in the living room, after having sex he sends her naked to the bathroom, from there he forcibly sends her to the bedroom, but over time due to his serious health condition as a result of the exercised violence loses the ability to resist, where in two cases in the evening he has sexual intercourse, then naked and sends her to the bathroom, and where her bodily injuries are noticed “, it is stated in the indictment.

While Krivaça is accused of rape, Arbër Sejdiu is accused of aiding and abetting the crime. “The defendant Arbër Sejdiu, on August 21, 2021, in the apartment of the first defendant on the street in Ferizaj, intentionally helps him to commit the criminal offense of rape, in that way they first contact by phone and meet in the city, then together return to the apartment, where the defendant Arbër Sejdiu as soon as they arrive knowing that the defendant Dardan is now raping the late Marigona Osmani, deliberately takes actions that facilitate the perpetration of the rape, so that together they immediately enter the room where the rape is committed, where the deceased was naked, and which action she takes several times during her stay in the apartment ”.

All these events are filmed by cameras that were located in the living room in Krivaca apartment, where the murder is suspected to have taken place. According to the Prosecution, the camera has a view of the entrance door of the apartment and the bathroom, the same has a view of a part of the door of a bedroom, as well as another room which is captured only by a corner, the latter is also the room where criminal offenses have been committed.

In addition to sexual violence, Osmani was also physically abused by Krivaqa, with whom he was in a cohabitation relationship. The prosecution adds that she was beaten with a stick and a cable. “In the morning Dardani leaves the room, before the murder the two defendants are seen in the corridor and in the room talking for a few minutes and then enter the room, where the defendant Dardan Krivaça takes a black stick, Arbër Sejdiu, after standing for a few minutes leaves for a while “time at the entrance door of the apartment and sees if anyone is eavesdropping on them, returns again to the room where the defendant Dardan Krivaça is, with the late Marigona Osmani, where he closes the door and they stay for a few minutes”, the indictment describes. The indictment further clarifies that “during the rape, a black cable was used to charge the phone, which damaged the entrance head, and based on the bodily injuries, it turns out that the same was used by the defendant Dardan Krivaça”.

While the autopsy report confirms the violence that has been used and ascertains the causes of death. “The death of the late Marigona Osmani came due to polytrauma (multiple injuries), where polytrauma and death came directly from mechanical asphyxia and hemorrhagic and traumatic shock, which are a consequence of external and internal bleeding (from fracture). of the mandibular-mandibular bone, then fractures of 2 right and 1-3 left ribs, left clavicle, 1-2 neck rings between them, epidural and subdural hemorrhage in the back of the cerebrum and in the brain of small, as well as partial rupture of the spinal cord in the neck, which have come from the pressure, blows or collision of a strong and heavy residual tool ”.

The indictment also contains the testimony of the mother of Marigona Osmani and the accused Arbër Sejdiu, that according to the prosecution, Sejdiu’s statement contradicts the camera footage in Krivaca’s apartment. “The claim that the day and time of the murder he was asleep, does not stand because the video recordings show that at the time the murder was committed he was in the room of the deceased together with the defendant Dardan Krivaça.”

In August last year, Marigona Osmani was sent without signs of life to the emergency room of the Ferizaj hospital from Krivaca and Sejdiu, who then fled.
