The citizen with the initials K.Gj, was sentenced by the Court of Appeals to 4 years in prison for sexual harassment of a minor girl.
It was the victim who made the criminal report on 15.07.2020, while the police made possible the arrest of the citizen K.GJ.
The latter is accused of sexual harassment of a minor with the initials DD, during the time when the minor was alone in the business premises of her family.

On 15.07.2020, on the report made by the victim of the criminal offense, the Tirana police made possible the arrest of the citizen with the initials K.GJ, accused of sexual harassment of a minor with the initials DD, during the time she was alone in her family’s business premises.
In the Tirana Judicial District Court, a trial was held regarding the criminal case with the defendant K.GJ, accused of committing the criminal offense of “Sexual harassment against children”, provided by Article 108 / a / 2 of the Criminal Code.
Tirana Judicial District Court, with decision no. 1326 dated 07.05.2021 has decided:
– The guilty declaration of the defendant K.GJ for the criminal offense of “Sexual harassment against children”, provided by Article 108 / a / 2 of the Criminal Code, his sentence of 4 (four) years imprisonment.
-The serving of the sentence for the defendant K.GJ starts from the day of his arrest, and the rest without suffering to be served in an ordinary security prison.
– The case on appeal was examined on the basis of the complaint made by the defendant with the initials K.GJ, who asked for innocence, claiming that he has not committed the criminal offense for which he is charged.
