The process of registering children for the first grades started today, through the e-Albania platform.
Last year this method of registration was applied in 182 schools, while this year it is being applied in all schools of the country. The process started on July 4 and closes on July 17.
“There are few registrations today, as it is also the first day of registration. We expect to register 120 children in the first grade for the new school year, and we hope that all of them will be registered through the e-albania system. Our school used the e-Albania system last year as well, as we were among the 182 schools of the pilot project. So I think we have the right experience to get this process right. In case a parent encounters difficulties during the application in e-Albania, a phenomenon that has happened to us for years, then the school staff and the vice director of the school, who is also the administrator of the process, are available to help them complete the registration on time and successfully.” – said Gentjana Dollija, Director of the “Androkli Kostallari” school
“The parent enters the e-Albania portal. In the “Education” column, the parent selects registrations for the first grade or for the 10th grade. After logging in to e-albania with a personal number and the e-Albania code, the parent is shown the form with the data he must fill in for applied for registration. The parent must select the city where he lives, the administrative unit, the street where he lives and then the system generates the school itself, where the parent must register the child. It is a very simple process, which takes a few minutes, but parents are not quite used to this process, so they encounter some difficulties. Those who need help turn to the system administrator (SMIP) that each school has and receive from him the help they need to complete the child’s registration process.” – said Abi Çaça, Vice Principal of the “Androkli Kostallari” school.
On July 12, registrations for the tenth grades begin, a process that lasts until July 24. In just a few minutes, the parent or legal guardian registers the child through the e-Albania portal, without having to submit additional documents, or stand in line and waste time and energy.
