Rescue teams are searching in Borodyanka, a city northwest of Kiev, for bodies trapped under rubble after a building was destroyed by bombing.
Last week, Interior Minister Denis Monastyrsky said the area was one of the biggest tragedies in Ukraine.
It was heavily bombed by Russian forces and was occupied for several weeks before the Russians withdrew.
