A Russian tank has fired on a nursing home in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kremlin, according to the head of Luhansk’s military-civilian administration.
Official Serhiy Hayday said Russian forces opened fire, killing 56 people.

The State Special Communications Service reported that 15 people survived but were abducted by the occupiers and taken to the occupied territory in Svatove (Luhansk region).
