One person was killed and three others were injured when a rocket hit a residential building in Kiev on Thursday.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine received notification of a fire and damage to a 16-storey apartment in the Darnytsky district of the capital at 5:02 am local time.
A little later the fire was extinguished.
Foreign media suggest that so far 30 people have been evacuated while rescue operations continue.
