A palace has been attacked by Russian forces in Kiev’s Obolon. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine says two bodies were found and three people were taken to hospital on strike at 07:40 local time this morning.
So far one victim has been reported. The photos show the smoke coming out of the 9-storey building as firefighters use the stairs to rescue residents who may have been left inside. While residents are trying to enter the buildings to get the things they have inside.
