Today in the show “Live from Tirana”, on Top Albania Radio was invited to the studio the famous singer Ronela Hajati who is soon expected to represent our country in Eurovision with the song “Secret”.

Meanwhile, what are some of the advice Ronela has received about how she should approach Eurovision?
“I have a very strong head, I have my ideas and visions and there is no mother man to change them. This is how I cooked as a child, I wanted things to be fixed the way I wanted them to be. I do not like that they treat Eurovision as a folk festival, ethno, go out on drums, qeleshe. This is a European festival, what does not catch your eye from the performances, people with all kinds of tastes, with different clothes, colors and we go every year with hats and drums. We can do this very well within our Albania, despite the fact that my song in all its meaning has ethnic motives. I did not remain to show at Eurovision how much I love my country, I show that I work and live here and I have not left like many others.
Wherever I go I miss, I want to come back, to create the opportunity to live well in my country. We should not take that if I do not win I am not worth it because I will not win there. If they want to support me let them do it, if they do not want not to listen to the song. I will never win Eurovision, I do not expect to win it, I want to be in the final, to sing it twice. I had a lot of people who were against my song, it’s a matter of taste, there is no problem not liking my song but we are aggressive people in the comments. Offenses seem to me biased, taken personally. I think that whoever succeeds in Albania succeeds all over the world “.
