The fifth edition of the RIN ART theater festival opens this Monday together with the start of the first play “Ana Kristi”, from Besnik Sykja school.
This festival will last three weeks in total and will have nine performances from nine high schools in Tirana.
Gjergji Mena, director of the festival: We are in the fifth edition. This year we have returned to the tradition with full and public performances, as well as with the participation of all gymnasiums
The festival jury consists of Anila Bisha, Doriana Caushi and chaired by Laert Vasili.
Laert Vasili, chairman of the jury: Since we can not live on bricks, mortar and propaganda alone, we need these swallows that bring these kinds of festivals and make us hope for a spiritual future beyond the pragmatic one.
The performances continue respectively with the schools Partizani, Qemal Stafa, Aleks Buda, Arben Broci, Andon Zako Cajupi, Sami Frashëri and Petro Nini. At the end, five awards will be given to the best director and actors.
Gjergji Mena: There are directors we have collaborated with, nine professionals who have helped us with high schools. To be worthy of the big stage and the public which is numerous.
