“The works have been stopped for a month and we do not know what is happening. It started on March 3 and the works were stopped. We call on the municipality and Edi Rama to start the works and finish them. Everyone knows where the source of the Ferra tap is and the palace sleeps above the water. The structure does not respond to seismic requirements and the irons are oxidized at all. An incomplete project and requests to the municipality have not received any response “– said the residents.
Another problem not only for this building, but also for many buildings built before 1990 in Durrës remain the top floors and the damage of the terraces by the earthquake and the weight of the multi-ton deposits.
“I’m on the 5th floor and they say they will only work downstairs. My entrance and not only that, but all the first floors are cracked in the ceiling. She no longer does that terrace. It is useless to adjust down and not up. “We will not allow anyone to put deposits up in this situation,” said another resident.
Residents say that if they do not receive a solution from the municipality they will turn to SPAK as the only hope for them.
