Prime Minister Edi Rama started this Thursday morning with one of the 12 questions, on which he seeks the opinion of Albanians.
The first question is whether differentiation should be done for mothers who raise 3 or more minor children in the benefit of special social protection from the state.
Every person over the age of 18 has the right to choose one of the three alternatives found on the form.
“I believe”, says the Prime Minister Edi Rama in the accompanying letter of the form, “that we Albanians have the opportunity to move forward much faster by listening to each other without being divided in the old political trenches that promote division, against the interest of families Albanian ”.
