Dozens of citizens of the areas around the Morina customs in Kukës protested today against the decision of the Kosovo government that a third dose of the vaccine is necessary to cross the border.

Meanwhile, the organizer of the protest says that with two doses of vaccine they are free to travel everywhere, while between the Albanian-Kosovo border a third is required, which should not exist.
On Saturday, the government of Kosovo took a decision stating that every person who enters the territory of Kosovo must have a certificate of three doses of vaccines against coronavirus, while for all those who have only two doses of vaccine must also have an RT test. -PCR done 48 hours before arrival at the border point.
