Once again, war veterans gathered in front of the Assembly of Kosovo and the Government to demand that their pensions be included in the law on raising the minimum wage.
The protest that started at nine o’clock in front of the fences of the institutions quickly moved inside the courtyard.
The veterans forcibly crossed the iron fence of the Assembly, until from the entrance of the Government they clashed with the Police.
For hours they stood in front of these institutions to demand, as they said their rights.
Among other things, the veterans demanded the interruption of the session that was taking place in the Assembly.
The opposition twice managed to stop him, but was not welcomed by the veterans.
Associations from the war demanded a meeting with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti during the protest, but received the invitation for Friday morning.
Although the OVL KLA agreed on the day and time of the meeting, they insisted on adjourning the hearing, saying they would also set up tents if their demands were not met.
Veterans continued to stand in front of the Assembly from time to time attempting to enter the building.
However with the failure of the session, the veterans were asked by the leaders to disperse. The OVL KLA announced that it would not allow any hearing to be held until the law that enables the increase of the minimum wage without their pensions is reversed.
