The Prosecution has requested 20 years in prison for Sokol Sanxhaktari and Adriano Hajdari accused of the murder of Florian Lamçe on July 20, 2020 in Elbasan. They are accused of “premeditated murder in collaboration”.

In connection with this event, the prosecution seeks punishment for two other persons. In total, 52 years and 6 months of imprisonment were requested for these persons in connection with this serious event.
The above persons were in one of the premises of the city of Elbasan when the event took place. They had consumed alcoholic beverages. Around 4 o’clock in the morning there started a quarrel with solid items.
Florian Lamçe lost his life in the collision. He has been sentenced in the past to 3 years in prison for failure to report a crime for the murder of Almir Cani in 2012 in Elbasan.
His brother, Olsi Lamçe, is serving a 22-year prison sentence for the murder.
