The Prosecution has requested 20 years in prison for Sokol Sanxhaktari and Adriano Hajdari accused of the murder of Florian Lamçe on July 20, 2020 in Elbasan. They are accused of “premeditated murder in collaboration”.
For both defendants, it is required that the full sentence be served and that they not be granted parole.
In connection with this event, the prosecution seeks punishment for two other persons. Amadeus Lamçja, accused of “failure to report a crime”, “actions that hinder the discovery of the truth” and “false statement before a Judicial Police officer” was sentenced to 6 years and 6 months in prison, while Mehmet Muçë, accused of “failure to report” crime ”and“ actions that hinder the discovery of the truth ”were sentenced to 6 years in prison.
In total, 52 years and 6 months of imprisonment were requested for these persons in connection with this serious event.
The above persons were in one of the premises of the city of Elbasan when the event took place. They had consumed alcoholic beverages. Around 4 o’clock in the morning there started a quarrel with solid items.
Florian Lamçe lost his life in the collision. He has been sentenced in the past to 3 years in prison for failure to report a crime for the murder of Almir Cani in 2012 in Elbasan.
His brother, Olsi Lamçe, is serving a 22-year prison sentence for the murder.
