The Court of First Instance in Shkodra has changed the security measure for a 23-year-old from Malësia e Madhe, for cultivating narcotic plants.
For this citizen, the Court has decided to change the security measure from “house arrest” to “Prison arrest”, for the criminal offense “Cultivation of narcotic plants”.
In August 2021, in the place called Rrihnave forest, in the village of Vermosh, Malësi e Madhe, on the side of the mountain in a forested area, the police services during the control of the territory have identified and destroyed a considerable number of narcotic plants. .
From the investigations carried out, it is suspected that the narcotic plants were cultivated by this citizen in cooperation with other persons, where the work for their identification and capture continues.
The additional materials were forwarded to the Shkodra Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
