Most of the sights come from the capital Kiev, where at the moment it is quite difficult to understand how the situation is there. The media have reported that a large presence of Russian armored vehicles have been deployed in the northern district of Obolon and at the same time, some foreign correspondents have reported hearing gunshots and explosions in the city center.
However, according to the Ukrainian military, these military moves do not indicate that most of the Russian troops have arrived in the city, but are some pro-Russian armed groups.
